These terms apply to your use of the One Ounce Dental website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Last updated: September 30, 2026.
Everything on this site, including our blog, is general information. It is not a diagnosis or treatment plan and does not replace an examination by a dentist. Every patient is different, and results vary. Talk with us or your own dentist or doctor about your situation.
Reading this site, emailing us or sending a form does not create a dentist–patient relationship. An appointment request is not a booked appointment until we confirm it with you.
The text, photographs, videos, logos and design of this site belong to One Ounce Dental or to others who let us use them. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Please do not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.
Please do not send confidential health information through the contact form (see our Privacy Policy). If you send ideas or feedback about the site, we may use them without owing you anything.
Some parts of this site, such as the map (Google Maps), our patient forms (Weave) and financing (Cherry), are provided by other companies, and some pages link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Any prices, insurance information or financing offers on this site can change without notice and are confirmed only at your visit. Financing is offered by Cherry, not by us. Approval, rates and terms are set by Cherry.
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time.
To the fullest extent California law allows, One Ounce Dental is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a patient or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
If you misuse the site or break these terms and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving San Bernardino County, California.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Your use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
